Q&A - answers to the most common questions
Question 1: After integration, my channel inventory was not updated.
Answer: one of the reasons might be that you did not initiate inventory download and linking. If this step was done, please keep in mind that it might take a little bit of time for Linnworks to send all the new quantities and prices, which is not instant.
Question 2: what is the Shop ID input field?
Answer: it shows the Shop ID of the current Mirakl store connected to your Linnworks channel. It is for reference only.
Question 3: is mapping of payment methods supported?
Answer: Yes, payment methods mapping is fully supported. They are updated on a daily basis from payment methods used in already processed orders. If you installed the integration and no payment methods are yet available in the Linnworks channel configuration (Payment Methods dropdown) then please process some orders and open the Payment Methods configuration the next day.
Question 4: I have dispatched 50 orders, but only half of them went through. What’s wrong?
Answer: Please check if your shipping mapping is done properly in the Linnworks Postal services screen. Have a look at our help article regarding shipping mapping by this link. Also, remember that Section 3 as described in that article is the most important.
Question 5: Does the integration support product or offer listing from Linnworks to Mirakl marketplaces?
Answer: integration supports both OFFER & PRODUCT creation by configurator for the products that already exist on the Mirakl marketplace. Please see the Configurator help section for more details on it.
Here is some general information about offers and product uploads on any Mirakl marketplace if you are not using the Mirakl configurator to create offers & products directly from Linnworks:
To upload Offers/Products into Mirakl Marketplace:
1. Navigate to the section My Inventory > Import from File
2. Download the template under the section – Create or update my offers (stock, price, and so on)
3. Select the File Template you wish to download:– Offers – Products that are already existing in Mirakl Marketplace
– Products – For creating new products for the Mirakl Marketplace
4. Fill out the format with the values requested in the files
5. Upload the file under the section My Inventory > Import from File

– Products – For creating new products for the Mirakl Marketplace
Press Import.
To Track your Offer/Product Imports, go under My Inventory > Import from File, and on the left side select “Track Offer Imports” or “Track Product Imports”.
For more information, you can contact your marketplace account manager because there might be slight differences from marketplace to marketplace.
Question 6: where to find a transformation file that is sometimes needed by our support team?
Answer: The transformation file for product imports can be accessed in Mirakl marketplace > Catalog > Product imports. Both the error and normal file transformations can be of great assistance in identifying and resolving technical issues so please provide both of these to our team when it is requested.
The transformation file for offer imports can be accessed in Mirakl marketplace > Price and stock > File imports>Track Offer Imports.
Question 7: where to find invoices for the Mirakl integration subscription?
Answer:
1) For the monthly subscriptions the billing and invoicing are managed by Linnworks all the invoices are available at your Linnworks account under the Billing section:

Question 8: what is the difference between our Mirakl and B&Q apps on the Linnworks app store?
Answer:
Both our Mirakl and B&Q (named BandQ marketplace - diy.com. Certified and published by Mirakl) apps are essentially the same application. And both support an unlimited number of Mirakl-based marketplaces under a single subscription payment. So you just need 1 subscription - either for our Mirakl or B&Q app.
Our B&Q app is published as a separate application on the Linnworks app store only for marketing purposes. Please note that our B&Q app is named "BandQ marketplace - diy.com. Certified and published by Mirakl".
Please note that if you subscribed to our B&Q app then to avoid additional charges any other marketplace channels (for example Decathlon, Debenhams, and others) need to be added through our B&Q app (BandQ marketplace - diy.com. Certified and published by Mirakl). It is only an application naming issue - it does not affect the names or usage of your other Mirakl-based channels.
