Mirakl Connect Channel Manager is Mirakl's own paid integration service that lets sellers sync orders from multiple Mirakl-powered marketplaces into tools like Sendcloud. It starts at €599/month (Growth plan) and goes up to €1,999/month (Pro plan), with additional overage charges above €200K monthly GMV. Fulfillin gives you the same order export without the subscription.
🔍 Do I need a Mirakl Connect subscription? No. Fulfillin connects directly to your marketplace accounts — Mirakl, Kaufland, Amazon, and others — and exports orders regardless of which platform they came from. You do not need Mirakl Connect or a Channel Manager subscription.
🏪 Which marketplaces are supported? All Mirakl-powered marketplaces are supported, as well as Kaufland and Amazon. Bol and Cdiscount (Octopia) are coming later in the year, with more platforms being added regularly.
📋 Which export formats are supported? Fulfillin exports in Sendcloud's standard CSV import format. If you need a different format or a custom field mapping, contact us and we will set it up for you — custom export configurations are available on all plans.
📍 Can I import tracking information back into my marketplaces? Yes. Once Sendcloud generates tracking numbers, you can import them back into Fulfillin to update your marketplace orders automatically. This is available on request — contact us and we will set it up for you.
⚡ Is there an API available? A direct API integration with Sendcloud is coming. It will be built once enough sellers are using the export — contact us to register your interest and we will notify you when it is ready.
📥 How do I import the file into Sendcloud? Fulfillin generates a CSV in Sendcloud's standard import format. You upload it directly in Sendcloud under Shipments ➡️ Import.
