B&Q channel settings
Specific configuration notes for the B&Q channel & information on the shipping mapping
B&Q (Kingfisher) marketplace requires All channels together set in the Linnworks channel settings. Orders will not be downloaded if BQ_UK is selected - the marketplace API lacks channel codes. We have informed the marketplace about this and as soon as the marketplace updates its API the issue will be resolved.
This is a requirement only for B&Q.
For any other marketplace, you can select also specific channels.
Needed Vendor codes in your Linnworks Postal service screen for the correct mapping.
B&Q (Kingfisher) marketplace requires shipping mapping to be set correctly for orders to be marked as shipped on the marketplace - please refer to our help page on how to set up the shipping mapping correctly.
Incorrect shipping mapping in the Linnworks Postal service screen can lead to orders not being processed on the marketplace.

The needed Vendor can also be found by going to your B&Q account>Platform Settings>Shipping>Carriers menu.
Vendor codes to be used in your Linnworks Postal service screen for all the various available carriers as needed are under the Label column in the Carriers menu of the Mirakl marketplace (not under the Code field).
*Example - if there are 2 rows in the Name then the top row is needed for Vendor code in Linnworks Postal service screen:
