Pricing of Mirakl integration

All the subscription plans include:

• support for every Mirakl-based marketplace;

• an unlimited quantity of marketplaces & channels in Linnworks;

• all the features.

The usage is metered on a rolling 30-day basis.

Customers should monitor their order quantity & sales in EUR and ensure they never exceed the payment plan they subscribed to.

So if in any period of 30 days, the sales level or order count exceeds the subscribed plan, the customer needs to upgrade to the required plan.

Unfortunately, we do not have access to the monthly plans and can not upgrade or downgrade the seller plan. This can be done only by the seller in their Linnworks account.

It is always a good practice to upgrade the plan proactively if any significant sales increase is planned as this can ensure there are no unexpected interruptions of our service.

Also please note that Linnworks monthly subscriptions are charged on a prorated basis.

That means you are always charged for the number of days you were subscribed to the particular plan regardless of the subscription date.

So for example, if your payment date for the Basic plan was 16 April and you upgraded to the Pro 500 on the 26th of April plan then at the next payment date on 16 May, Linnworks will charge you for around 10 days on the Basic plan and 20 days on the Pro 500 plan (starting from the day of upgrade).

So the next payment on 16 May 2024 could be something like 7 GBP for the Basic plan + 27 GBP for the Pro 500 plan (excluding 20% VAT if applicable).
