🔍 Does nShift integrate with Mirakl marketplaces? Not natively. nShift connects to a wide range of ecommerce platforms and ERPs — but it has no built-in connection to Mirakl-powered marketplaces or Kaufland. Fulfillin bridges that gap by exporting your marketplace orders into nShift's import format, so your delivery workflows can run without any manual data entry.
🔍 Do I need a developer or custom integration? No. Fulfillin is a self-service tool. Connect your marketplace accounts, export your orders, and import the file into nShift in minutes — no technical knowledge required.
🏪 Which marketplaces are supported? All Mirakl-powered marketplaces are supported, as well as Kaufland and Amazon. Bol and Cdiscount (Octopia) are coming later in the year, with more platforms being added regularly.
📋 Which export formats are supported? Fulfillin exports in nShift's standard import format. If you need a different format or a custom field mapping, contact us, and we will set it up for you — custom export configurations are available on all plans.
📍 Can I import tracking information back into my marketplaces? Yes. Once nShift generates tracking numbers, you can import them back into Fulfillin to update your marketplace orders automatically. This is available on request — contact us, and we will set it up for you.
⚡ Is there an API available? A direct API integration with nShift is coming. It will be built once enough sellers are using the export — contact us to register your interest, and we will notify you when it is ready.
📥 How do I import the file into nShift? Fulfillin generates a file in nShift's standard import format. You upload it directly within your nShift account under Shipments ➡️ Import.
