Free allowance

The first 30 tickets per month are always free, even on the Free plan. A ticket is one customer conversation per order — it can contain unlimited back-and-forth messages.

At an average ticket rate of ~5–6% of orders, 30 free tickets cover roughly 500–600 monthly orders before you pay anything.
