We can map the carriers on our side on your request, so please feel free to contact us. Although it is highly advised to understand how it is done on the Linnworks side, because whenever you start using a new Linnworks postal service, you must map the new Linnworks postal service accordingly once again.
Please note that recently, many Mirakl marketplaces require that the correct tracking links be sent when processing the channel orders. That requires the appropriate postal service to be created in Linnworks or to ensure that the existing postal service vendor name matches the carrier name needed by the marketplace. This article describes how to do all of this correctly.
There are several steps described in 5 separate sections (but please pay special attention to Section 1 - that is the most important for the correct postal service name to be sent to the marketplace).
Linnworks postal services - how to create a postal service for your Mirakl channel using the correct carrier name as Vendor name;
Marketplace account settings - how to find the marketplace carrier name needed for the postal service creation in Linnworks;
(Optional) Linnworks shipping integrations - how to do the shipping service linking for the newly created postal service
Video walkthrough of adding & linking needed postal service in Linnworks - what is needed for the marketplace to receive the correct carrier name;
Quick summary.
*Please note that the screenshots below show the situation when the marketplace carrier name is Royal Mail. So for different carriers, you will need to find their respective labels as described below.
Section 1: Linnworks postal services - how to create a postal service for your Mirakl channel
Please see the screenshot below on how to create the Postal Service for the Mirakl channel. For example, if the Mirakl marketplace Carrier Label for the service you need is Royal Mail. Please see the steps below to find the correct Carrier Label either from the channel shipping mapping screen or from your Mirakl account.
1) Set the Vendor field of Linnworks Postal service to the same name as the carrier Name called in the Mirakl marketplace (please see Section 2: Marketplace account settings - how to find the marketplace carrier label needed for the postal service creation).
2) Please make sure also to enable the Tracking Number Required checkbox.
3) We also strongly recommend creating a new service and following the shipping mapping video - using/editing the existing Linnwors postal service sometimes can cause issues.

The correctly created Postal service for Royal Mail (if the marketplace Name is Royal Mail) will look like this:

Section 2: Marketplace account settings - how to find the marketplace carrier name needed for the postal service creation
Another option to find a value to be used as a Vendor name in your Linnworks Postal Services screen is by going to your Mirakl account>Settings>Platform>Shipping>Carriers menu.
The Vendor names to be used in the Linnworks Postal services screen for all the various available carriers, as needed, are under the Name column (not under the Code or Standard code field).

Section 3: (Optional) Linnworks shipping integrations - how to do the shipping service linking for the newly created postal service
You can view the existing links by clicking the View Links button. If no links are created, you will need to edit the shipping service linking as described in this Linnworks help article.

Please note that to use label creation and other functionality for the postal service you just created, you will also need to do the shipping service mapping by going to the Shipping>Integrations>Services button next to the needed shipping service.

And linking it to the appropriate shipping integration by clicking the link button next to the service needed, and then clicking the Pick button next to the Postal service you created for the channel.

Section 5: Quick summary
For orders to get successfully dispatched on the marketplace, the Vendor name of the Linnworks postal service used must be exactly the same as the Carrier name on the marketplace side.
For example order will not get dispatched if the Vendor name of the Linnworks postal service is Royalmail but the marketplace Carrier name is Royal Mail.
